Every piece in our Pre-Loved Collection has been hand-picked from secondhand sources, such as estate sales, manifested liquidation, and private consignment, all of which are carefully inspected for authenticity and condition before it ever reaches you 

Please note that we are an independent reseller — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer of any brand we carry in our Pre-Loved Collection. All items are genuine products acquired through legitimate secondhand channels.

Reseller Disclosure VCB USA is an independent secondhand reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or sponsored by any brand whose products appear in our store. All items are authentic products purchased through thrift stores and secondhand markets.

Authenticity We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. All branded items are inspected prior to listing. If you ever have concerns about an item's authenticity, please contact us before leaving a review and we'll work to resolve it.

Condition Each listing clearly states the condition of the item (New With Tags/Unworn, New Without Tags/Unworn, Like New/Gently Used, etc.). Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns

• Items that arrive significantly not as described are eligible for a return within Seven (7) days of delivery
• We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues of Pre-Loved Items.  Chest (PTP), waist, and length measurements are included in all Pre-Loved Apparel listings, so please check measurements carefully to be sure the item is a good fit for you.

Final Sale Items Some items may be marked final sale and have no credit/return option. This will be clearly noted in the listing.
